We are looking for a cafe manager for a small cafe and cake shop, ideally with some experience of food prep. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who can work on their own initiative but is also a team player with a can-do attitude. You will be working closely with the bakery team so you must have an interest in all things cake!

Experience:
Previous Cafe/Barista environment: 2 year minimum
You must have excellent spoken and written English
HACCP certification

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Making coffee and other beverages to a consistently high standard
  • Taking and managing cake orders.
  • Adhering to all health and safety, and food safety standards and procedures
  • Enthusiasm to develop your own skills

We offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • Mimimum 35 hours per week
  • No Sundays or Bank Holidays
  • 28 days holiday pro rata
  • meals provided while on shift

We are looking for enthusiastic full time baristas, ideally with some experience of food prep, for our cafés in Portlaoise. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a team player with a can-do attitude.

  • Able to work flexible shifts
  • Enthusiasm to develop your own skills

  • Mimimum 30 hours per week over 4 or 5 out of 7 days
  • 28 days holiday pro rata
