We bake celebration cakes, layer cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, macarons, loaf cakes, tray bakes and other delicious treats on a daily basis in our Portlaoise bakery. All our cakes and confections are made from scratch ie: we don’t use cake mixes. We proudly use local free range eggs (from Granstown eggs in Ballacolla, Co Laois), Irish butter and the best quality ingredients, as local and Irish as possible!
We sell our small bakes in our cafés to enjoy with a freshly brewed tea or coffee, or to take home and share with your family and friends. Our offering changes every day depending on ingredient and seasonal produce availability. We are constantly changing and developing our choices and flavours to reflect the seasons and holidays.
